Superbeo LLC (Superbeo) announced its acquisition of the assets and business of MWIDM Inc., headquartered in Philadelphia, PA. The acquisition is expected to be complete by the end of December 2022.  With the acquisition, Superbeo will add more than 91 new clients to its elite list of Fortune 500 companies and gains a more robust presence within the National Capital Region and more extensive markets in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC.  “This acquisition will solidify Superbeo’s expertise in the Financial Services and Technology sector with the robust recruitment and staffing engine of MWIDM Inc.,” said Mr. Brian Auden, CEO of Superbeo.  Daggo Capital Ventures will fund the transaction through debt financing.
